Ezra S – Trainer/Assessor/Moderator/SDF

Print Friendly

After 18 years of experience in the corporate world (Wholesale and Retail Sector) and 14 years as a qualified trainer, assessor, moderator, programme designer and SDF, did he also managed numerous learnership and SETA related pilot projects. In 2009 he opened his own training centre, namely: TRAINYOUCAN Accredited Training Network.

In 2009 he obtained his first own W&RSETA accreditation through KZN Footprints CC.  In 2012 he received accreditation for the TRAINYOUCAN Accredited Training Network through the ETDP SETA, and the following year, KZNFootprints was merged into TRAINYOUCAN CC.

During the course of 2012 Ezra developed a successful e-learning portal after piloting the project for 2 years. He followed it with a members’ forum and the launch of an online learnership tracking tool in 2014, currently being used by employers, training providers and BEE consultants.

In 2013 he launched his own educational JOB site skillsjobs.co.za to help qualified developers, trainers, assessors, moderators and SDFs (Skills Development Facilitator) in South Africa offer their services directly to the public at no cost. This currently runs as a separate project from TRAINYOUCAN.
